Job Overview

  • To lead, develop, and operationally drive Ultra Luxury Hotel Qiddiya's Food & Beverage division delivering service excellence, commercial performance, brand distinction, and colleague engagement across all F&B outlets and guest facing experiences.
  • The Director of Food & Beverage champions a Forbes Travel Guide service culture, curates exceptional culinary and beverage programming, and ensures every guest interaction reflects the refined elegance and deeply personalised hospitality.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the F&B divisional strategy in full alignment with Ultra Luxury Hotel Qiddiya brand values, Forbes style service standards, and commercial objectives.
  • Provide inspirational leadership and clear operational direction to all F&B outlet leaders and team members across the Saudi Restaurant, All Day Dining, Rooftop Asian Pool Bar & Restaurant, Banqueting, and In Room Dining.
  • Drive continuous improvement, service refinement, and concept innovation across all F&B venues and guest experience touchpoints.
  • Actively contribute to hotel level strategic discussions as the divisional subject matter authority for Food & Beverage.
  • Ensure consistently exceptional quality, precision, and service across all F&B outlets in accordance with ultra luxury hotel benchmarks and Forbes Travel Guide service criteria.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews, outlet walkthroughs, team briefings, and performance evaluations to uphold Ultra Luxury Hotel Qiddiya standards at all times.
  • Partner with outlet managers to optimise workflows, refine service sequences, and deliver seamless, personalised guest journeys from arrival to departure.
  • Uphold and enforce all hygiene, food safety, licensing, and regulatory compliance standards across every F&B operation.
  • Lead the annual F&B business planning process in close collaboration with the General Manager and the Finance team.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive senior F&B leadership experience within luxury or ultra luxury hotel environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi outlet F&B operations including fine dining, all day dining, rooftop and bar/lounge concepts, banqueting, and in room dining.
  • Proven track record of financial accountability, P&L management, and commercial revenue generation.
  • Prior experience engaging with VIP and VVIP guests in a highly personalised, service intensive setting.
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Financial acumen, budgetary planning, and P&L management.
  • Operational leadership and ultra luxury service excellence delivery.
  • Menu development, culinary knowledge, and beverage programming expertise.
  • VIP and luxury guest engagement and relationship management.
  • Degree or recognised professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related business discipline.
