- Provide regular security briefings to hotel leadership and adapt operational posture
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and governmental requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Extensive senior security leadership experience in hotels, leisure resorts, waterparks, or large scale hospitality venues in Saudi Arabia
- Experience at Director level or equivalent
- Experience planning security for high profile events, VIP visits, and complex leisure facilities
- Demonstrated experience in crowd management, access control, event security, and aquatic/leisure venue safety
- Proven capability in executive coordination, VIP security planning, and liaison with government/security authorities
- Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification is desirable

Role Overview
- As the Director of Security for Luxury Hotel Qiddiya, you will oversee all security operations across this premier leisure and waterpark destination.
- Ensure safety, privacy, and well being of guests, team members, and assets.
- Develop world class security protocols tailored to a dynamic waterpark environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously review the property's security strategy, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Establish a visible, approachable, professional, and guest centric security culture.
- Lead, manage, and inspire the hotel and waterpark security team.
- Provide strategic direction, training, mentorship, and performance management to security personnel.
- Represent the Security function at the Executive Committee level.
- Design, plan, and oversee comprehensive security programs for VIP guests and high profile visitors.
- Liaise with government security agencies, Ministry representatives, and external security teams.
- Maintain awareness of protocol requirements for high profile guests.
- Manage multi agency security coordination for major events and high profile visits.
- Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments, threat analysis, and vulnerability reviews.
- Maintain an operational awareness program monitoring threats.
- Develop robust risk mitigation strategies and provide regular security briefings.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification is desirable.
- Extensive senior security leadership experience in hotels, leisure resorts, waterparks, or large scale hospitality venues in Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated track record at Director level or equivalent.
- Experience planning and delivering security operations for high profile events, large guest volumes, VIP visits, and complex leisure facilities.
- Demonstrated experience in crowd management, access control, event security, and aquatic/leisure venue safety.
- Proven capability in executive coordination, VIP security planning, event security management, and liaison with government and security authorities.
- Experience engaging with Ministry representatives, Saudi security agencies, and senior government stakeholders.

- Exceptional senior leadership capability within a hospitality and leisure security environment.
- Strong expertise in guest safety management, crowd control, aquatic environment security, and event security operations.
- Executive coordination and government liaison capability within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Outstanding decision making, crisis leadership, and incident command capabilities.
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
- Deep expertise in security risk management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning including aquatic specific emergency scenarios.
- Solid understanding of Saudi regulatory, governmental, and security frameworks.
- Professional network across Saudi security, government, law enforcement, and hospitality sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to embed a visible, service oriented security culture.
