Overview of the Role

  • BYD is a global technology company leading electric mobility, battery innovation, and sustainable transport solutions.
  • As part of Al Futtaim Automotive, you will be at the forefront of this transformation in the KSA, inspiring customers and turning digital leads into loyal buyers.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate all vehicle deliveries for each day. Ensure vehicles are sent to workshop for cleaning and servicing; ensure accessories are fitted as per specifications and vehicle is prepared for delivery with zero errors.
  • Ensure timely and complete documentation for vehicle registration including insurance, number plates, VCC documents, invoicing, sales letters, gate passes, etc.
  • Coordinate with Drivers to ensure all demo cars are cleaned, fuelled, and thoroughly checked and kept ready for test drives.
  • Conduct physical and system inventory checks on a daily basis to inform BSM and SEs of available stocks.
  • Oversee display of vehicles in the location to ensure they are displayed as per required standards.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the KSA, preferably in the automotive industry; EV or luxury brand exposure are added value.
  • Track record in lead conversion, pipeline management, and customer follow up.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required (other languages an advantage).
  • Tech savvy with sales systems and digital sales platforms.
  • Valid KSA driver’s license.
  • Driven, resilient, and motivated by customer success and sustainable innovation.
