Overview of the Role

  • Al Futtaim Automotive is seeking a highly organized and commercially aware Sales Coordinator to support the end to end sales operations of the showroom.
  • The role acts as the operational backbone of the sales team, ensuring accurate documentation, seamless customer journey management, and strong cross functional alignment.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate daily showroom sales activities and provide structured administrative support to Sales Consultants and the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and delivery documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a real time view of vehicle availability, stock allocation, and pipeline status in coordination with the inventory team.
  • Track booking to delivery cycle times and proactively resolve bottlenecks impacting customer handover.
  • Update and maintain customer records, lead status, and sales pipeline data within the CRM system.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, bookings, test drive schedules, and pending documentation.
  • Liaise with Finance teams on payment confirmations, deal approvals, and documentation closure.
  • Coordinate with Registration, Insurance, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and compliant vehicle delivery.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports including bookings, deliveries, stock status, and target tracking.
  • Support the Sales Manager with forecasting inputs, dashboard updates, and ad hoc commercial reports.
  • Ensure all sales transactions comply with Al Futtaim policies, brand standards, and KSA automotive regulations.
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, showroom events, and customer engagement activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability with the discipline to manage high transaction volumes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Strong coordination skills across Finance, Logistics, Registration, and Aftersales functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong reporting capability.
  • Customer focused mindset with a problem solving and ownership driven approach.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and support month end closing cycles.

What Qualifies You for the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Diploma holders with strong automotive sales coordination experience will also be considered.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or dealership operations.
  • Prior experience within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms (SAP / Oracle / Autoline / Kerridge or equivalent), and sales reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with KSA vehicle registration, insurance, and delivery processes is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance coordination is a plus.
