The employer is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator.
The role supports training and business development activities from enquiry through enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries about courses, training programmes, workshops, and certifications.
- Follow up with prospective learners and corporate clients to convert leads into enrolments.
- Coordinate course schedules, registrations, and client requirements with training and academic teams.
- Maintain sales pipeline, lead database, and enrolment records.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, course information, and sales documents.
- Coordinate registrations, payments, schedules, and other participant requirements.
- Support corporate training enquiries and coordinate suitable internal solutions.
- Schedule meetings, maintain prospect communication, and prepare sales performance reports.
- Assist the Business Development team with promotional campaigns and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in Sales Coordination, Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
