Lead HLB HAMT’s strategic growth agenda and expand its professional services presence across the UAE and international markets.
The role focuses on winning high-value clients, building executive relationships, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth initiatives across Audit, Tax, Advisory, Accounting, HR, Risk, and IT Consulting services.
- Acquire and manage relationships with multinational corporations, family offices, and government entities.
- Build C-suite relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, Tax Directors, and other decision-makers.
- Lead complex proposals, cross-service engagements, and strategic account planning.
- Identify market opportunities and drive business expansion.
- Partner with firm leadership to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Required qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in business development, strategic growth, or client acquisition.
- Strong network among multinational companies, family offices, and government organizations.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial focus with experience managing high-value sales pipelines and strategic accounts.
Preferred experience
- Proven success selling professional services within an audit, tax, advisory, consulting, legal, or financial services firm.
