Role Overview
Supports training and business development activities as a Sales Coordinator.
Coordinates with prospective learners and corporate clients from enquiry through enrolment.
Supports lead conversion and a smooth client and learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries about courses, training programmes, workshops, and certifications.
- Follow up with prospective learners and corporate clients to convert leads into enrolments.
- Coordinate schedules, registrations, client requirements, payments, and internal team activities.
- Maintain sales pipelines, lead databases, enrolment records, and sales reports.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, course information, and other sales-related documents.
- Support corporate training solutions, meeting schedules, prospect communication, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in Sales Coordination, Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
