About the Role

Responsibilities
- Actively sell vehicles, accessories, and associated warranty, finance and insurance products
- Follow all steps of sales process: prospecting, meeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, closure, delivery, and post sales follow up
- Achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Assist customers with finance and insurance products
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Ensure smooth, clean, and defect free delivery of sold vehicles
- Report daily activities to Sales Supervisor/Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field
- 2 3 years of sales experience in automobile or related industry
- Computer proficient and good communication skills
- English proficiency
- Preferred sales experience in EVs

Job Purpose
- To drive EV vehicle sales by understanding customer needs, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering a high quality showroom experience
- The Sales Consultant is responsible for converting leads into sales, promoting electric vehicle features and benefits, and supporting the growth of the EV brand through excellent customer engagement and satisfaction
Job Responsibilities
- Actively sell products of the department meeting targets for the sale of vehicles, accessories and associated warranty, finance and insurance products
- Ensure Sales Consultant meets the SSI commitment set by the management
- Follow all steps of sales process: prospecting, meeting and greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery and post sales follow up
- Ensure documentation is as per company policy
- Liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process
- Report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager
- Achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while maximizing profit
- Close maximum opportunities while maintaining and increasing existing customer base
- Assist customers with finance and insurance products as per customer requirements
- Follow up with customers on timely basis
- Participate in sales meetings
- Meet customer expectations
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors / Diploma or equivalent in a related field
Work Experience
- 2 3 years of sales experience in automobile or related industry
- Preferred sales experience in EVs
Competencies
- Computer proficient and should have good communication skills
