- Actively sell vehicles, accessories, and associated warranty, finance, and insurance products to meet targets
- Follow all steps of the sales process: prospecting, meeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, closure, delivery, and post sales follow up
- Achieve SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) targets by providing excellent customer service
- Report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager
- Assist customers with finance and insurance products as per requirements
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
- 2 3 years of sales experience in automobile or related industry
- Preferred sales experience in EVs
- Computer proficient and good communication skills
- English language proficiency

Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell products of the department meeting targets for sale of vehicles, accessories, and associated warranty, finance and insurance products
- Ensure Sales Consultant meets the SSI commitment set by the management
- Follow all steps of sales process: prospecting, meeting and greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery and post sales follow up
- Ensure documentation is as per company policy
- Liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process
- Report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager
- Achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while maximizing profit
- Close maximum opportunities while maintaining and increasing existing customer base
- Assist customers with finance and insurance products as per customer requirements
- Follow up with customers on timely basis
- Participate in sales meetings
- Schedule follow up, delivery and new customer acquisition utilizing strong time management
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors / Diploma or equivalent in a related field
Work Experience
- 2 3 years of sales experience in automobile or related industry
- Preferred sales experience in EVs
Competencies
- Computer proficient and should have good communication skills
Languages
- English
