About the Role
AW Rostamani is seeking a Machine Operator to run production machines at designed speeds, perform daily maintenance, and lead tooling/mould change operations. The ideal candidate has experience in paper lid or thermoforming machine operations and is willing to work shifts.

Responsibilities
- Run the machine at designed speed and achieve production targets
- Ensure machines are maintained on daily basis (cleaning, lubrication)
- Update manual and digital daily production and maintenance reports
- Lead and execute tooling, size change, mould change operations and ensure safety
- Follow orders from Production Supervisor
- Maintain hygiene and cleaning for machines, surrounding areas and tools
Requirements
- Experience in Paper Lid / Thermoforming machine operations
- Ability to read and write in English
- Willingness to work in shifts and perform physically demanding tasks
- Prior experience in a factory or production setting

Educational Qualification
- Basic Education
Work Experience
- Experience in Paper Lid / Thermoforming machine operations
- Prior experience in a factory or production setting is an advance (Optional)

- Willingness to work in shifts and perform physically demanding tasks
