About the Role

The Sales Compensation Manager will design, implement, and govern sales compensation plans across multiple business units.

The role partners with senior stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable compensation solutions.

The team focuses on performance, equity, and data-driven compensation strategies across a global sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with annual compensation planning cycles, including quota setting, incentive modeling, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance on compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Provide guidance to sales leaders on compensation matters related to hiring, promotions, and retention.
  • Manage sales compensation payments, including calculations, review, communication, and additional incentives.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop documentation and training materials supporting compensation processes.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in compensation design and execution.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales compensation is required.
  • Experience in sales compensation, finance, or sales operations is required, ideally in a global organization.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities are required.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM and compensation management software is required.

Working Arrangement

  • The role is based in London.
  • The position supports working in a hybrid way from both the office and home.
  • Flexible working hours are available.
