Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive BD strategy to achieve clinic revenue and growth targets.
Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with key referrers (consultants, dermatologists, other clinics, luxury brands, hotels, etc.).
Build and maintain a robust network within the UAE's healthcare and luxury lifestyle sectors.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Represent the clinic at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Work closely with the Marketing and Clinical teams to align strategies and ensure exceptional client journey.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of proven business development experience, with at least 5 years specifically within the UAE healthcare sector (Aesthetics, Dermatology, Cosmetic Surgery, or Premium Wellness is a significant advantage).
Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License is essential for client meetings and field business development.
Deep understanding of the UAE market, cultural nuances, and the competitive aesthetic landscape.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A pleasing, professional, and charismatic personality ,you are a natural relationship builder and a brand ambassador.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
An MBA is a plus.
