- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Drive lead generation, patient bookings, and campaign ROI
- Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and clinical teams for content creation and campaigns
- Oversee SEO, website performance, Google Business Profile, and CRM marketing activities
- Organize events, partnerships, and local brand activations
- Track marketing performance and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare advertising regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2 4 years of UAE marketing experience, preferably in Healthcare, Aesthetics, Beauty, Wellness, or Hospitality
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Strong campaign management, communication, and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of DOH/MOHAP advertising guidelines is preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
