- Lead and supervise the nursing team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Assist doctors in aesthetic procedures (laser, Botox, fillers, skin treatments) and ensure high quality patient care
- Conduct patient assessments and ensure proper pre/post procedure care and education
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control, and clinical standards
- Maintain patient records, clinic documentation, and confidentiality
- Manage inventory, supplies, and smooth clinic operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- DHA License / Eligibility (mandatory)
- 3–4 years experience as Lead Nurse/Senior Nurse in aesthetic/dermatology clinic
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures and patient management
- Proven leadership and communication skills
