K.S. Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for an aesthetic skin care clinic in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end to end operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth coordination across clinical, front office, and support teams
- Drive revenue growth and profitability, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual targets
- Optimize clinic performance, including staff productivity, scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Enhance patient experience and satisfaction, ensuring the highest service standards and retention rates
- Develop and implement SOPs and best practices aligned with regulatory and industry standards
- Monitor key business metrics such as patient flow, conversion rates, and revenue performance
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and conversion
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and internal policies
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team across all clinic functions
- Support business expansion and new service initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in healthcare/clinic operations, with strong exposure to Aesthetics / Dermatology / Cosmetic Clinics
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Strong understanding of the patient journey in aesthetic clinics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to analyze KPIs and make data driven decisions
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management / Business Administration (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent Arabic language skills
- Location: Abu Dhabi (Required)
