Role Description
- The Sales Executive will work on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in a full time capacity, driving business growth for accounting and tax consultancy services.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and qualifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients, and presenting service offerings tailored to client needs.
- Preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales, while collaborating closely with technical and advisory teams to ensure accurate representation of services.
- Monitoring market trends, maintaining a pipeline using CRM tools, and providing regular reporting on sales performance and targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex service offerings in clear, client friendly language.
- Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and tax concepts or willingness to learn quickly, with an interest in regulatory and compliance focused services.
