Role Description
- The Digital Marketing Executive is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote the firm’s accounting and tax services, including email campaigns, social media activities, and online advertising.
- The Digital Marketing Executive will manage social media accounts, create and update web content, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Daily tasks include monitoring web analytics, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to increase reach and engagement.
- The role also involves staying up to date with digital marketing trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to create clear, professional messaging for diverse audiences.
- Experience in social media marketing, including content scheduling, community engagement, and platform specific strategies.
- Competence in web content writing, with the ability to produce concise and accurate digital copy aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and present actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a professional services, accounting, or consultancy environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
