- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling/cross selling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals
- Track performance against targets and provide feedback on market trends
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and proficient English communication skills
- Proven sales experience including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing in marketing or media industry
- Strong customer service abilities with focus on building long term relationships
- Background in sales management or account management including forecasting and reporting
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising ecosystems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field

Role Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and partners in the marketing and influencer ecosystem.
- Prospect and qualify leads, prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide exceptional customer support, and identify upselling/cross selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, track performance against targets, and provide market feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills including fluent Arabic and proficient English.
- Proven customer service abilities with focus on building long term relationships.
- Demonstrated sales experience including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing in marketing or media industry.
- Background in sales management or account management including forecasting and reporting.
- Experience in training or coaching is an advantage.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
Compensation
- High commission only position 25% uncapped.
