Role Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and partners, focusing on influencer marketing and digital media campaigns.
  • Prospect and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and presentations.
  • Prepare media plans and tailored proposals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline through to closing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and influencers to align campaign deliverables.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing.
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging social platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in media sales, advertising sales, or influencer marketing sales.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with sales targets, CRM tools, and structured sales processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, media, or related field.
  • Knowledge of the Riyadh and broader regional market.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.

Compensation

  • This position is commission based 25% uncapped.
