Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and partners
- Prospect and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and presentations
- Prepare media plans and tailored proposals
- Manage the sales pipeline through to closing
- Coordinate with internal teams and influencers to align campaign deliverables
- Negotiate terms and pricing
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure client satisfaction and renewals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging social platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience in media sales, advertising sales, or influencer marketing sales
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital campaign performance metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Comfort working with sales targets, CRM tools, and structured sales processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, media, or related field
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial

Role Description

Compensation
- This position is commission based 25% uncapped.
