Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in Media Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Understanding of New Media, social platforms, and influencer marketing
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or media companies in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Media Sales role based in Dubai.
- The Media Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with brands and agencies, particularly in the digital and influencer marketing space.
- Day to day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating media packages and contracts, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to post sale follow up.
- The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to tailor media solutions, ensure campaign performance meets client expectations, and maintain long term client relationships.
- The Media Sales professional will also stay informed about new media trends, platform changes, and competitor offerings to recommend relevant solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Media Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage client expectations, and resolve issues effectively.
- Understanding of New Media, social platforms, and influencer marketing, with the ability to translate digital trends into sales opportunities.
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or media companies, preferably in a fast paced, target driven environment.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
