- Identify and qualify leads

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand business needs
- Present tailored SaaS solutions
- Maintain an up to date pipeline in the CRM
- Prepare proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Track performance against sales targets
- Provide feedback on market trends
- Participate in ongoing sales training and process improvements
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience, ideally in SaaS or digital media
- Background in Sales Management or account management
- Experience delivering Training or product walkthroughs
- Comfort working in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Fluency in English
- Eligibility to work on site in Dubai

Role Description
