Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Junior Recruiter (Arabic Speaker) role based in Dubai.
  • The Junior Recruiter will support end to end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • The role involves drafting and posting job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • The Junior Recruiter will communicate with candidates in both Arabic and English, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and assisting with employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort using digital tools and platforms such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, professional networking sites, and productivity software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records, preparing reports, and handling confidential information.
  • Motivation to learn and grow in talent acquisition, with a proactive and solution oriented mindset.
  • Previous internship or junior experience in recruitment, HR, or administration is an advantage, preferably within media, marketing, or a related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
