Sales Associate (Fitness Showroom/ Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer fitness goals and recommend suitable equipment and solutions.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits, leveraging fitness knowledge and PT experience.
• Actively engage customers in-store and provide expert guidance.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain showroom standards, ensuring products are well-presented and in stock.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, fitness trends, and training techniques.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems accurately.
• Cross-sell and upsell fitness products and accessories.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Support inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Suggest ideas to improve sales performance and showroom experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **2–3 years of experience** in retail sales, preferably in **fitness equipment or related industry**.
• **Certified Personal Trainer (PT)** is **mandatory or highly preferred**.
• Strong knowledge of **fitness equipment, workout techniques, and customer fitness needs**.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in **English**; **Arabic is a plus**.
• Basic math and computer skills (MS Office); **SAP knowledge is an advantage**.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems.
• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly and energetic personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High school diploma required; degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
• **UAE Driving License is an advantage**.
