- Conduct personalized skincare consultations by identifying customers' skin type, concerns, lifestyle, and skincare routines
- Recommend suitable skincare products based on individual customer needs
- Educate customers on product ingredients, benefits, application techniques, and skincare routines
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maximize sales through cross selling and up selling complementary skincare and beauty products
- Maintain expert knowledge of all assigned skincare brands and product ranges
- Ensure skincare displays are clean, attractive, fully stocked, and aligned with merchandising guidelines
- Monitor product availability and assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage)
- 1–3 years of experience in beauty retail, pharmacy, cosmetics, or skincare sales

Job Purpose
- To provide professional skincare advice and personalized product recommendations, helping customers choose the most suitable solutions for their skin concerns while achieving sales targets, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining excellent brand presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized skincare consultations by identifying customers' skin type, concerns, lifestyle, and skincare routines.
- Recommend suitable skincare products based on individual customer needs.
- Educate customers on product ingredients, benefits, application techniques, and skincare routines.
- Build long term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maximize sales through cross selling and up selling complementary skincare and beauty products.
- Promote featured products, new launches, and promotional offers.
- Convert customer consultations into sales while maintaining a customer first approach.
- Support category growth by increasing average basket size and units per transaction.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all assigned skincare brands and product ranges.
- Stay updated on new product launches, skincare trends, ingredients, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in product training sessions and continuously enhance product expertise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
- Certification in skincare, beauty, cosmetology, or aesthetics is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in beauty retail, pharmacy, cosmetics, or skincare sales.
- Experience working with dermocosmetic or premium skincare brands is preferred.
- Previous customer facing retail experience is highly desirable.

- Pay: QAR3,000.00 QAR4,000.00 per month
