Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and sales teams to align procurement with demand forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust procurement plans based on market trends and business needs.
- Analyze demand patterns and historical data to support accurate forecasting and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
- Evaluate vendor performance and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in procurement, with a solid understanding of demand planning.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel (knowledge of SAP/Oracle is a plus).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience
- Demand Planning: 5 years (Preferred)
