Requirements
- Minimum 5 8 years of logistics and supply chain experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong experience in international freight forwarding (air, sea, and land freight)
- Hands on experience with importation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and international shipping
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, FMCG, retail, or distribution companies is highly preferred
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar

Job Overview
- The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end to end logistics operations, with a primary focus on international freight forwarding, importation, customs clearance, transportation, and distribution.
- The role ensures the timely and cost effective movement of pharmaceutical, medical, and retail products from global suppliers to company warehouses and retail locations while maintaining compliance with Qatar Customs, Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulations, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), an
- The Logistics Supervisor leads the logistics team, manages relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and transport providers, and drives operational excellence through continuous process improvements and cost optimization.
