Overview Of The Role
- The Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience in the store.
- This role involves performing various operational tasks as directed by the store management, including maintaining excellent housekeeping and visual presentation standards.
- Success is measured by the ability to maintain a clean and inviting store environment, providing customers with a welcoming and informed interaction, and supporting the store's operational goals.
What You Will Do
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a sparkling clean and organized environment.
- Project a positive first impression with an energetic attitude and a keen adherence to the dress code.
- Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a welcoming smile and genuine, personable greeting.
- Provide customers with up to date and relevant product information.
- Deliver quality service in fitting rooms, following up with customers promptly and maintaining cash wrap cleanliness while attempting to increase sales.
- Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offering gift cards, maintaining cleanliness, and capturing customer information in the database.
- Thank all customers sincerely as they exit the store and invite them to return.
