Role Description
- Full time, on site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Dubai.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing clients, promote HVAC solutions.
Daily Tasks
- Conduct market research, prepare proposals and quotations.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Support clients through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams.
- Contribute to marketing activities: campaigns, events, digital content, training sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities.
- Experience in Training clients or internal teams.
- Familiarity with HVAC, ventilation, construction, or related technical industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Comfort using CRM systems and basic digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages an advantage.
