Responsibilities
- Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure ensuring customer satisfaction
- Lead and orchestrate cross functional teams to develop and present competitive solutions and bids
- Define bid pricing, positioning, and channel strategies to maximize competitiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to align and optimize sales strategies
- Provide technical expertise to customers, delivering tailored solutions for grid optimization and security
- Proactively position products, solutions, services through seminars, workshops, trials, and proof of concept
- Lead technical and commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closing
- Support post sales operations and proactively resolve major customer concerns
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders including EPCs, end users, and consultants
- Monitor evolving customer needs, regulatory changes, and market dynamics; translate insights into strategies
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, pipeline health, and forecasts
- Contribute to strategic key account planning and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 8 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in Oil and Gas
- Strong track record of sales and consistently achieving aggressive targets
- Ability to manage complexity, lead through change and operate in fast paced environments
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English

The Opportunity
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
- Achieve sales and growth targets within assigned markets and accounts, including pipeline development, management, and accurate sales forecasting.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long term partnerships.
- Leading and orchestrating cross functional teams/capture teams to develop and present competitive, differentiated solutions and bids to customers.
- Defining bid pricing, positioning, and channel strategies to maximize competitiveness.
