About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide end to end assistance and guidance for the entire lifecycle of contracts
- Ensure portfolio of contracts follows contract and claim management methodologies
- Conduct contract and claims negotiations and settlements
- Review and comment on commercial tender terms and conditions, analyze prime contract terms for risks
- Coordinate with BU Head of CM for common approach to contract management
- Organize contract management in respective geographical area
- Drive resource needs to respond to business requirements on contract management
- Define procedures applicable to HUB in coordination with BU
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law
- Minimum 10 years of work experience
- Experience in contract management/legal in EP/EPC energy company or similar industrial manufacturing
- Experience in working within internationally staffed teams and with international contractual partners
- Solid experience in negotiation, change management, claim management
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to negotiate in English

The Opportunity
- Candidate will be responsible for management of contracts with customers, vendors, suppliers, partners, or employees.
- Includes contract drafting, execution, and analysis for maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.
- Negotiates terms and conditions and ensures compliance; documents changes/amendments during execution.
- Creates and maintains contract database for easy access and retrieval.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Provide end to end assistance and guidance for the entire lifecycle of the contract.
- Ensures the portfolio of contracts in the HUB business follows contract and claim management methodologies.
- Conducting contract and claims negotiations and settlements.
- Reviews and comments on commercial tender terms and conditions; analyzes prime contract terms for risks.
- Coordinate with BU Head of CM to have a common approach to contract management within the HUB.
- Organizing Contract Management in his/her respective geographical area.
- Drive resources needs to respond to business requirements on contract management.
- Define procedures to be applicable to HUB in coordination with BU.
Your Background
- Must have a bachelor's degree in law.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience.
- Experience in Contract management/legal in EP/EPC energy company or similar industrial manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
- Experience in working within internationally staffed teams and with international contractual partners.
- Solid experience in negotiation, change management, claim management and contract related issues.
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment and intercultural awareness.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Systematic and structured work style.
- Ability to negotiate in English; any other additional language is an advantage.
