- Implement and maintain HSE management systems for factory operations
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification activities
- Lead and support permit to work implementation and safe work practices
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; implement corrective actions
- Ensure environmental compliance including waste handling and hazardous materials management
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors
- Conduct internal audits and support external inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent
- Proven experience as an HSE Advisor/Officer in industrial or factory environments
- In depth knowledge of occupational safety regulations and risk assessment methods
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Position Overview
- The HSE Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental performance for all personnel in and around the new HVDC factory.
- Maintains effective HSE management systems, ensures compliance, and supports a safety first culture.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HSE management systems for factory operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
- Lead and support permit to work implementation and safe work practices.
- Drive incident prevention and investigate incidents.
- Ensure environmental compliance including waste handling and hazardous materials management.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs.
- Conduct internal audits and support external inspections.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and track KPIs.
- Promote a proactive safety culture.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an HSE Advisor/Officer in industrial or factory environments.
- In depth knowledge of occupational safety regulations and risk assessment methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
