About The Role

• We are looking for a persuasive, target-driven, and bilingual **Sales Agent** to join our premium aesthetic clinic.
• In this role, you will act as a primary patient coordinator, responsible for conducting consultations, recommending treatment plans, and closing sales for high-end aesthetic, laser, and dermatological procedures.
• If you have a proven track record of hitting sales targets within the UAE aesthetics industry and possess excellent patient-facing communication skills, we want you on our team.

• Your application **WILL NOT** be considered if you do not meet all three of the following criteria:
• **Aesthetics Experience:** You must have proven sales experience specifically within an Aesthetic Medical Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, or Dermatology center.
• **UAE Experience:** You must have a verified track record of successful sales within the UAE market.
• **Dubai Resident:** You must currently live in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• **Sales & Consultations:** Meet with patients face-to-face, thoroughly explain aesthetic treatments, and successfully close sales for treatment packages and skincare products.
• **Target Achievement:** Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• **Upselling & Cross-selling:** Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional treatments during patient visits to maximize clinic revenue.
• **Patient Relationship Management:** Build strong, long-lasting relationships with VIP patients, ensuring exceptional customer service and encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
• **Follow-Ups:** Conduct proactive follow-up calls and messages to warm leads and existing patients to secure future bookings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Industry Experience (Dealbreaker):** Proven background as a Sales Agent or Patient Coordinator within an **Aesthetic, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Clinic**. You must have in-depth knowledge of aesthetic procedures (injectables, lasers, facials, body contouring).
• **UAE Experience (Dealbreaker):** Minimum 1+ years of hands-on sales experience within the UAE healthcare/aesthetics sector.
• **Location (Dealbreaker):** Current resident of Dubai.
• **Languages:** Fully bilingual and highly articulate in both **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
• **Skills:** Excellent negotiation and closing skills, highly presentable, and capable of handling objections with professionalism and confidence.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

• Contract length: 24 months
• Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
