Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Create and curate high converting organic content to drive reach, viral potential, follower growth, and engagement
- Handle end to end content capture using mobile phones and professional cameras
- Plan, storyboard, and supervise content shooting days
- Direct and follow up with videographer, editing, and post production teams
- Collaborate with media buyer to review organic creatives used in paid ads and optimize visual assets
- Build and maintain relationships with PR agencies, KOLs, and beauty influencers in the UAE
- Maintain and utilize a ready to shoot network of models for content production
Requirements
- Arabic speaking female (required for content targeting and brand representation)
- Proven experience in aesthetic or dermatology industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating success in growing organic reach and engagement for beauty/medical brands
- Excellent hands on camera and mobile phone shooting skills
- Existing network of models and relationships with local influencers
- Exceptional organization and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience in aesthetic and cosmetic field
- Fluent in English and Arabic

About the Role
- We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly experienced Arabic Female Social Media Manager to join our premium aesthetics team.
- You will lead organic growth strategies, supervise production days, collaborate with production and performance marketing teams, and leverage your industry network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Create and curate high converting organic content to drive reach, viral potential, follower growth, and engagement.
- Confidently handle end to end content capture using mobile phones and professional cameras.
- Plan, storyboard, and completely supervise content shooting days.
- Direct and follow up with videographer, editing, and post production teams.
- Follow up with Media Buyer to review organic creatives used in paid ads and optimize visual assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies, KOLs, and beauty influencers in the UAE.
- Maintain and utilize an active, ready to shoot network of models.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Arabic speaking Female (Required for content targeting and brand representation).
- Proven, verifiable experience working within the Aesthetic or Dermatology industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating success in growing organic reach and audience engagement for beauty/medical brands.
- Excellent hands on camera and mobile phone shooting skills.
- Possess an existing, accessible network of models and established relationships with local influencers.
- Exceptional organization skills with ability to manage timelines and cross functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree (Required).
- At least 1 year of experience in AESTHETIC AND COSMETIC (Required).
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Required).
Salary
- AED 12,000 – AED 13,000 per month depending on experience.
