Responsibilities
- Strategize, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns across all digital and social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, etc.) to drive high quality patient acquisition
- Partner with Marketing and Content Creators to conceptualize, test, and optimize high converting ad creatives
- Align daily with the Call Centre and Sales teams to monitor lead quality, appointment booking rates, and ultimate cash conversions
- Track, analyze, and optimize full funnel metrics (CPL, CPA, and ROAS), managing ad spend efficiently to maximize total clinic revenue and overall net profitability
- Maintain strict control over advertising budgets, minimizing wastage on underperforming assets while aggressively scaling highly profitable campaigns
- Provide regular, transparent performance reports to management, tracking ad spend against final closed sales to ensure continuous growth
Requirements
- Fully bilingual; must be a fluent/native Arabic speaker with excellent professional English
- Solid media buying experience managing budgets for an Aesthetic, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Clinic
- Minimum 1+ years of active, verifiable media buying experience in the UAE
- Must currently live in Dubai
- Expert level mastery of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Bachelor's degree

About the Role
- As the in house Digital Media Buyer at ONEA Clinic, your performance directly impacts the clinic's total revenue and net profit.
- You will be responsible for managing our paid advertising budget, running high yield campaigns, and collaborating closely with our content and sales teams to convert digital traffic into booked clinic treatments.

Requirements & Qualifications

Pay
- AED 8,000 AED 10,000 per month
