- Conduct professional outbound calls to warm leads, existing patients, and database contacts to promote new treatments, packages, and seasonal offers
- Educate potential patients on various aesthetic treatments and handle objections professionally
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs, call volume targets, and monthly clinic booking quotas
- Accurately log all client communications, feedback, and appointment statuses in the clinic's CRM system
Requirements
- Proven telesales or call center experience strictly within an Aesthetic Medical Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, or Dermatology center
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable telesales experience within the UAE
- Currently live in Dubai
- Arabic speaking Female with excellent English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree

Strict Dealbreakers
- Aesthetics Experience: You must have proven telesales or call center experience strictly within an Aesthetic Medical Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, or Dermatology center.
- UAE Experience: You must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable telesales experience within the UAE.
- Dubai Resident: You must currently live in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Manage and convert inbound inquiries from social media, website forms, and WhatsApp leads into confirmed clinic appointments.
- Outbound Calling: Conduct professional outbound calls to warm leads, existing patients, and database contacts to promote new treatments, packages, and seasonal offers.
- Treatment Education: Educate potential patients confidently on various aesthetic treatments (injectables, laser treatments, advanced facials, body contouring) and handle objections professionally.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs, call volume targets, and monthly clinic booking quotas.
- Data Management: Accurately log all client communications, feedback, and appointment statuses in the clinic's CRM system.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demographics/Language: Arabic speaking Female with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Industry Experience (Dealbreaker): Solid background in phone sales or client coordination for a dedicated Aesthetic or Cosmetic Clinic. You must understand aesthetic terminology and treatment values.
- UAE Experience (Dealbreaker): Minimum 1+ years of professional sales/telesales experience in the UAE market.
- Location (Dealbreaker): Current resident of Dubai.
- Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette, active listening, strong negotiation, and closing skills. You must be high energy, resilient, and target driven.
