Responsibilities
- Perform high end clinical facials, chemical peels, microneedling, hydrafacials, and other advanced skin rejuvenation treatments
- Conduct detailed skin analyses, identify patient concerns, and recommend customized treatment plans and premium homecare products
- Safely and effectively operate aesthetic skin and body contouring machinery in accordance with clinic protocols
- Actively upsell clinic packages, treatments, and retail skincare products to meet monthly revenue targets
- Ensure the treatment rooms are continuously immaculate, fully stocked, and strictly compliant with clinic hygiene and sterilization standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist strictly within an Aesthetic Medical Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, or Dermatology center
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience working in the UAE aesthetics industry
- Currently live in Dubai
- Arabic speaking Female with fluent English
- Valid DHA License or eligibility letter as a Beauty Therapist / Laser Technician (significant advantage)
- Bachelor's degree (Required)

About the Role
- We are looking for a passionate, highly skilled, and presentable Arabic Female Beauty Therapist / Skincare Specialist to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for conducting advanced facial treatments, skin therapies, and non invasive body procedures, ensuring our patients receive customized, top tier care.
STRICT DEALBREAKERS
- Aesthetics Experience: You must have proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist / Skin Therapist strictly within an Aesthetic Medical Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, or Dermatology center. (Salon only experience will not be considered).
- UAE Experience: You must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience working in the UAE aesthetics industry.
- Dubai Resident: You must currently live in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Skin Treatments: Perform high end clinical facials, chemical peels, microneedling, hydrafacials, and other advanced skin rejuvenation treatments.

- Machine Operations: Safely and effectively operate aesthetic skin and body contouring machinery in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Cross Selling & Revenue: Actively upsell clinic packages, treatments, and retail skincare products to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Room Maintenance: Ensure the treatment rooms are continuously immaculate, fully stocked, and strictly compliant with clinic hygiene and sterilization standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demographics/Language: Arabic speaking Female with fluent English (spoken and written) to effectively serve our diverse, high end clientele.
- Industry Experience (Dealbreaker): Solid background in a dedicated Aesthetic Clinic or Medical Center. You must have an excellent understanding of advanced skincare ingredients, clinical protocols, and skin anatomy.
- UAE Experience (Dealbreaker): Verifiable professional experience within the UAE.
- Location (Dealbreaker): Current resident of Dubai.
- Licensing: Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License or eligibility letter as a Beauty Therapist / Laser Technician is a significant advantage.
- Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, a gentle touch, professional bedside manner, and a polished appearance matching the luxury beauty industry.
Pay
- AED5,000.00 AED6,000.00 per month
