- Identify and target potential customers (corporate and individual) to promote rental services
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Present rental packages, promotions, and services effectively
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports (leads, pipeline, performance, feedback)
- Maintain up to date knowledge of fleet, rental policies, and promotions
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in the car rental industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Professional proficiency in Arabic (strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target oriented with a proactive mindset

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable rental solutions
- Ensure smooth booking processes, including coordination for vehicle delivery and return
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports (leads, pipeline, performance, feedback)
- Provide insights to management on customer preferences and improvements
- Maintain up to date knowledge of fleet, rental policies, and promotions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of proven experience in the car rental industry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service practices
- Familiarity with Speed System software and sales tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Target oriented with a proactive mindset
- Strong problem solving and customer handling skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English
- Professional proficiency in Arabic (strongly preferred)
Pay
- AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days per week
