- Greet and assist walk in customers professionally
- Handle phone calls, emails, and booking inquiries
- Prepare rental agreements and related documents
- Coordinate with drivers and fleet department
- Maintain records, invoices, and daily reports
- Update customer information in the system
- Assist in basic HR/Admin tasks when required
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Manage the dealership’s appointment calendar for sales, service, and management
- Provide information about the dealership’s products, services, and promotions
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Car Rental company (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of rental agreements and RTA procedures
- Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Well presented and customer service oriented
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Description
- We are looking for a professional and well organized Administration with experience in the car rental industry to join our team in Dubai.
- Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai, UAE.

Compensation
- Pay: 3,000.00 4,000.00 AED per month.
- Employment Type: Full Time.
