- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department managers.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Assist with visa processing, labor contracts, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Ensure company policies are followed and updated.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in HR Position
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Job Description
- We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive HR Position to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in the automotive or car rental industry, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle HR administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Day to day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Posting job vacancies and screening candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Handling employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Support in resolving basic employee concerns.
- Maintain employee files and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with visa processing, labor contracts, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in HR Position.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes.
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- HR certification or relevant professional training will be an added advantage.
Compensation
- Pay: 3,000.00 (AED) per month.
Schedule
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Day Off: 1 Day.
