Responsibilities
- Assist clients with company formation, trade license applications, renewals, and amendments
- Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation
- Promote and sell business center services to prospective clients
- Respond to client inquiries and provide professional consultations regarding business setup options
- Coordinate with government departments and relevant authorities
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports as required
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to generate new business opportunities
- Ensure timely processing of client applications and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Support the day to day administrative operations of the business center
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a UAE Business Center, Corporate Services Provider, or Business Setup Consultancy
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures, trade licenses, visa processing, and government related services
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet sales targets
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage

Job Summary

Salary
- AED 4,000 per month
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
