- Experience supporting multi branch operations and organizational scaling
- Familiarity with audit processes and operational compliance
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive change and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Process Excellence to drive operational standardization and scalability across our car rental business.
- This role focuses on designing, documenting, and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with department managers, conduct periodic audits, identify operational gaps, and implement process enhancements to support business growth and operational excellence across multiple branches.
