About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to client enquiries received through phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and other communication channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Qualify leads, conduct regular follow ups, and convert opportunities into successful property sales
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, property presentations, online consultations, and site visits
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry to booking, documentation, and handover coordination
- Prepare quotations, reservation forms, sales agreements, contracts, and all related sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records within the CRM system and ensure all sales information is properly documented
- Coordinate with internal departments including Marketing, Finance, and Administration to ensure smooth processing of transactions
- Monitor sales activities, maintain accurate sales reports, and provide regular updates to management
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company procedures and is submitted within required timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Administration role within the Dubai real estate industry
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales process and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident in conducting face to face meetings, virtual presentations, and client consultations
