- Design and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Ensure seamless integration between CRM and other systems (ERP, marketing automation tools, etc.)
- Map and optimize the full customer journey from lead generation to post sales engagement
- Develop segmentation strategies to personalize communication and campaigns
- Implement lead scoring and nurturing frameworks
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and pipeline visibility
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Establish KPIs and dashboards for tracking performance
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Generate regular reports on CRM performance, sales funnel metrics, and customer behavior
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 6+ years of CRM management experience in real estate industry (developer environment mandatory)
- Proven track record of implementing and managing CRM systems
- Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, off plan and secondary markets
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar)
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualization/reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic CRM Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of our customer relationship management systems and processes.
- This role is critical in enhancing customer lifecycle management, improving sales conversion rates, and driving long term client retention.
- The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in real estate CRM operations, data driven decision making, and cross functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
CRM Strategy & Implementation
- Design and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

- Train and support internal teams on CRM best practices and usage.
- Act as the central point of contact for CRM related queries and improvements.
- Drive adoption of CRM tools across departments.
Customer Experience Enhancement
- Develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement feedback loops (NPS, surveys, etc.) and act on insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5–6+ years of experience in CRM management within the real estate industry (developer environment mandatory).
- Proven track record of implementing and managing CRM systems successfully.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, off plan and secondary markets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar).
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualisation/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UAE/GCC real estate market.
- Knowledge of property management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Certification in CRM platforms or data analytics tools is a plus.
