Job Overview

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, identifying top talent, and supporting the company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high quality candidates across multiple functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Work closely with department managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends, hiring practices, and labour market developments.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
