Responsibilities
- Design high quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and print materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations
- Assist in developing marketing and advertising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and guidelines
- Adapt and resize creatives for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, website, emailers, etc.)
- Edit and revise designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders
- Support the creation of real estate marketing materials such as project brochures, floor plan layouts, and promotional ads
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting tight deadlines
- Prepare final artwork files for print production and digital publishing
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and files
- Stay updated with current design trends and industry standards
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Good communication and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma is an added advantage

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will support the marketing function by creating engaging visual content that enhances brand presence across digital and print platforms.
