- Manage daily CRM operations and data in Zoho

- Create CRM reports and performance dashboards for management
- Coordinate between marketing and sales teams
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM database
- Support automation workflows (reminders, alerts, auto assign leads)
Requirements
- Proven experience using Zoho CRM
- Experience in real estate developer
- Strong understanding of real estate sales process
- Ability to manage CRM pipelines and workflows
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Knowledge of Dubai property portals (Bayut, Property Finder)

Job Overview
