- Manage challenging recruitment requirements and deliver results under tight timelines
- Successfully close positions within one month, regardless of complexity
- Utilize all major recruitment platforms and leverage AI driven tools for efficient sourcing
- Prepare and submit accurate recruitment reports to stakeholders
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience
- Think creatively and 'outside the box' to attract top talent
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in house)
- Proven experience in high volume recruitment and fast paced environments
- Strong knowledge of job boards, social media, and AI based sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Energetic, proactive, and innovative mindset
