Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai for a Business Development Manager.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage sales pipelines, conduct market research, negotiate contracts, and work closely with cross functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, or similar roles
  • Proven ability to conduct market research, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic business plans
  • Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Information Security, IT Managed Services, SaaS solutions, or related technology products
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience working within the IT or technology sector is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
