Role Description

  • The Sales Account Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving revenue growth and nurturing long term client relationships.
  • Day to day activities include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and preparing proposals tailored to client needs.
  • The role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with technical and support teams.
  • The Sales Account Manager will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Customer facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
  • Account Management experience, including managing key accounts, renewals, and upselling or cross selling solutions.
  • Lead Generation and prospecting skills.
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical, operations, and support teams.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills, with a data driven approach to sales performance and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced environment and adapting to evolving technologies and client needs.
