About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, building long term relationships and ensuring client needs are understood and met
- Prospect and generate leads, present Tech Fortress solutions, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues
- Track sales metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and contribute to sales forecasts and strategic planning
Requirements
- Strong account management and customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long term client relationships
- Proven ability in lead generation and sales development, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction, with experience managing expectations and resolving concerns effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms
- Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, or SaaS sales is highly preferred
- Comfort working in a target driven environment and using CRM tools to manage pipelines and activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on site in Dubai
